In the judging rooms, the teams will present their theoretical and technical presentations. Note that each team is provided 10 minutes for each presentation. A rule of thumb is to keep your presentations within a 5 minute timeframe to allow the judges to ask questions within the provided 10 minutes as the time-schedule will be followed strictly.
 
In the judging rooms there are going to be a PC and a projector.
The PC are able to read a preset amount of filetypes and external devices.
Be aware of that it is Windows based computers in the judging rooms, so HFS+ and other Apple formated drives won´t work.

• USB-sticks and CD/DVD´s with
• All windows media files, quicktime, .avi and mpeg3/4 files
• Microsoft Office 2007 and earlier files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Pre stored web pages viewed in Internet Explorer (NO INTERNET CONNECTION)
